Total Ground Cost per person: $2,995.00
Should you withdraw before February 1st 2008, you will receive a full refund less a $400.00 administration fee. After that date, no refunds are available. Final payment of $1095.00 is due by March 1st 2007. Please note that we have made every attempt to make provision for currency fluctuations between the US$ and the Euro. However should the exchange rate move beyond $1.35/Euro price revision may be necessary. All prices are based on double occupancy. Single supplements are available upon request. As this trip is limited to ten people, places will be allocated according to date of receipt of paid up registration. As this fee does not include airfare, we suggest that you make sure to book well in advance to assure your timely arrival in Marseille on March 31. We will be suggesting a specific flight for people to consider based upon the most competitive pricing. At time of writing the average fare from the East Coast is between $600-$700 return economy class.
Other Information:
- This is a non-smoking trip.
- We will be undertaking wilderness hikes and some longer walks so plan your wardrobe, footwear and other light outdoor gear accordingly.
- Please restrict your baggage to one suitcase or “rollaboard”, and one item of hand baggage. Our minibus is spacious, providing we are not buried in excess baggage. For your comfort and safety, please cooperate with these guidelines.
Included in this package total:
- Pre-travel preparatory class and enroute lectures, meditations and instruction.
- Ground transportation while on tour. Please note no charge over and above rental and insurance is included in the over all cost of the pilgrimage. Transportation is via rental car/mini bus. To maintain the flexibility and informal atmosphere desired for such a group, there will be designated drivers within the party, who will be acting as agents for the other group members, and as such are not retained for hire or reward. They are NOT professional drivers but other trip participants like you.
- All entry and guide fees at visited sites.
- Bed and breakfast in comfortable local hotels, with an emphasis on regional character and flavor. Price includes a dinner allowance of $120.00 per head, which will be paid to each person prior to departure.

Due to peoples varied tastes and budgets; we have included dinner as stated above. Any charges incurred by you over and above this amount are your responsibility and must be settled directly by you.
International Flights:
We recommend that you make early reservation for your international flight to assure your arrival in Toulouse in time to meet the group. We will be happy to provide assistance and coordinate your bookings with those of the rest of the group. Please check in for your international flight three hours prior to the scheduled departure to allow for possible delays.
Insurance: Very Important! Please note that our price does not include either travel or cancellation insurance. We strongly recommend that you acquire both types of insurance before making final commitment to travel. Read carefully all Terms and Conditions applicable to whatever policy you acquire, to make sure you and your property is adequately protected. The cost of medical treatment abroad for the uninsured can be very expensive, so please make sure that you have the best possible coverage. Most credit card companies offer excellent travel policies if you book and pay for your ticket with their card.
